- 15% discount for food only during lunch hours (valid from 12 PM to 6 PM) with minimum transaction of Rp. 200,000 and maximum transaction of Rp. 2,000,000 (before tax and service charge) for The Lestari Regular E-Card holders
- Discount does not apply to imported-quality steaks
- Discount cannot be combined with other promotions or events
- Discount does not apply to split bills (1 E-Card is valid for only 1 bill per transaction)
- Discount applies to dine-in and take-out
- The discount is valid from January 2 to December 23, 2026
- Blackout dates: January 1, 2026; February 17, 2026; March 21 and 22, 2026; December 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, and 31, 2026
- Transactions are limited to 1 per day per name listed on the E-Card
- Transactions must be made by the account holder whose name matches the E-Card holder on the Lestari Diskon App
- Transactions via Lestari Mobile can be made until 10:00 PM WITA
