BPR Lestari Bali (member of Lestari Group) recorded a positive financial performance in the first quarter of 2019. This positive performance was shown from the growth of credit distributed which grew 20.90% year-over-year (YoY) from Rp. 2,594 Trillion to Rp. 3,136 Trillion in the first quarter of 2019. With this credit growth, BPR Lestari Bali controls 29.5% of the BPR share credit market in Bali. "Our credit growth scored a record in the first quarter of 2019. In the first quarter of last year, our loans only grew 10% year over year, meaning this year is twice as good, " said Pribadi Budiono, CEO of BPR Lestari Bali. In addition to recording a record credit growth, BPR Lestari Bali also managed to maintain its credit quality with an NPL (Non- Performing Loan) of 1.52% in the first quarter.
The performance of Third Party Funds (DPK) also shows a positive trend. Funds raised from the community in the first quarter grew to Rp. 653 Billion to Rp. 3,948 Trillion or grew by 19.82% YoY in March this year. This growth has made BPR Lestari Bali hold a 34.9% market share of BPR DPK in Bali.
By looking at the performance of good fundraising and distribution, it can encourage asset growth from Rp. 4,581 Trillion in the first quarter of last year to Rp. 5,207 Trillion in the first quarter of 2019 or grew by 13.91% YoY, so that BPR Lestari Bali controls 32.6% BPR market share in Bali. In general, Lestari Group's assets have reached Rp. 6 Trillion. At present, there are 6 BPR affiliates under Lestari Group namely BPR Lestari Bali (Denpasar), BPR Lestari Jatim (Malang), BPR Lestari Jateng (Solo), BPR Lestari Jabar (Bekasi), BPR Lestari Banten (Tangerang) and BPR Lestari Jakarta (West Jakarta).
In 2019 BPR Lestari Bali focused on developing banking infrastructure to facilitate customer transactional activities. This began with the launch of Lestari Mobile at the Bali Business Round Table event last March. Through this Lestari Mobile application, customers can check balances, transfer accounts and transfer between BPR Lestari Bali accounts. "There are many digital initiatives that we are developing.
