Active in the Digital Domain, BPR Lestari Bali Maintains the Best Digital Brand Award from Infobank 3 years in a row

This year BPR Lestari Bali (member of Lestari Group) successfully defended the title of "The Best Digital Brand Awards" from Infobank Magazine for the third time since 2017. This award was given for the success of BPR Lestari Bali in developing and strengthening its brand in the digital era. Including the development of digital-based banking infrastructure for marketing and the provision of services that make it easier for customers to transaction. 

 

The "8th Digital Brand Awards" held on Thursday (5/16) by Infobank in collaboration with Isentia were attended by many financial institutions from all over Indonesia. The award given at the event which took place at The Westin Hotel Jakarta was given according to the industry category. "This year we received 2 titles including the 1stDigital Brand Awards in the BPR category and the 1st Best Overall for BPR with assets of 1 Trillion and above. We are grateful to be able to win two titles at once and this award also motivates us to continue to be active in the digital sphere and continue to develop our services towards transactional banking and digital banking, "said Wisnu Merthayoga, Marcomm Manager of BPR Lestari Bali when present to receive the award.

 

Today is the digital age and services in the financial services industry are no exception. This award is given as a token of appreciation to all brands in the financial services industry that are active in the digital realm, especially on social media to support brand reputation and communication media to its customers.


Infobank in collaboration with Insentia researched in the form of monitoring and measuring the activities of a brand on social media using the Insentia Brandtology methodology from January to December 2018. Based on this research, BPR Lestari Bali is considered to have an excellent brand index in social media and the most superior in the BPR industry. "We started to seriously work on brand activation on social media since 2015 followed by the development of several transactional banking and digital banking products. Finally, in March 2019, at the Bali Business Round Table, we launched the Lestari Mobile application, which allows customers to check balances, transfer accounts and transfer to other BPR Lestari accounts. Other facilities are in the process of being developed to continue to be upgraded, "said Wisnu. 

 

For information, BPR Lestari Bali is the second-largest BPR in Indonesia in terms of assets of Rp. 5.3 Trillion and in general the total assets of Lestari Group almost reached Rp. 6 Trillion as of April 2019. Currently, there are 6 BPR affiliates under the auspices of Lestari Group namely BPR Lestari Bali (Denpasar), BPR Lestari Jatim (Malang), BPR Lestari Jateng (Solo), BPR Lestari Jabar (Bekasi), BPR Lestari Banten (Tangerang) and BPR Lestari Jakarta (West Jakarta).
